Mentorship

Taskforce Uplift partners with other nonprofit orgs to build a network of veteran and professional volunteer mentors. These respected members of our community will be paired with our participating children of veterans and serve as the child’s mentor and advocate in an ever-evolving mentor protégé program. A trip to the ballgame, a walk through the zoo, or shopping at the local farmers market are a few of the many outlets Taskforce Uplift volunteers leverage to create a safe and trusting space to foster a healthy role model relationship with their protégés.
